MrCAPI fully complies with GDPR, CCPA, and Meta Platform Terms. Workspace administrators can execute complete, permanent account deletion directly from the dashboard.
1. Accessing the Danger Zone
- Log in as an ORG_ADMIN or SUPER_ADMIN.
- Navigate to Settings > General tab.
- Scroll down to the Danger Zone: Permanent Workspace Erasure card.
2. Executing Data Erasure
- Click Delete Workspace & Purge All Data.
- A safety confirmation modal will appear detailing everything that will be deleted.
- Type your workspace slug or DELETE into the input field to confirm.
- Click Purge Workspace Account.
3. What Gets Erased?
- All Leads & Contacts: Complete deletion from MySQL 8 database.
- Meta Integration Tokens: Page access tokens, encrypted secrets, and form mappings deleted.
- Audit Logs & History: All activity history, task notes, and appointment records purged.
- User Accounts: Deactivates linked user seats with zero orphaned data left behind.
