If your offline conversion events (like Qualified or Purchase) aren't appearing in Meta Events Manager, don't worry! Here is how to quickly diagnose and fix the most common integration hiccups.
1. Check Event Match Quality (EMQ)
Meta requires clean customer identifiers to match offline leads to Facebook user accounts. If your EMQ score is low:
- Phone Formatting: Make sure your forms mandate international formatting (e.g.,
+15550199instead of5550199). - Email Details: Ensure the lead email field is included whenever possible.
2. Verify Your System Access Token
Meta access tokens generated in Business Manager can expire if user permissions change:
- Go to Settings > Integrations in MrCAPI.
- Click Re-validate Token or paste a fresh token under Meta Conversions API.
- Click Save & Test CAPI Signal to verify server connectivity.
💡 Pro Tip: Test your CAPI events in real time using Meta's Test Events Tool! Copy your test event code from Events Manager and paste it in MrCAPI's test field to see events appear instantly.
