Migrating from another CRM or importing offline event contacts? You can upload hundreds of leads at once using our built-in spreadsheet importer.
1. Preparing Your File
- Ensure your file is saved as .xlsx, .xls, or .csv.
- Your spreadsheet should include column headers like Full Name, Phone, Email, and Source.
2. Running the Bulk Importer
- Go to Leads in your left navigation panel.
- Click Import Leads at the top right.
- Drag and drop your file into the uploader modal.
- Map your file's columns to MrCAPI fields (Name → Full Name, Mobile → Phone Number).
- Click Start Lead Import.
3. Duplicate Prevention & Reporting
- MrCAPI automatically checks every imported lead against your 30-day duplicate registry.
- Duplicate phone numbers or emails are skipped to prevent spamming prospects.
- A summary report displays total imported vs skipped records upon completion.
💡 Pro Tip: Ensure phone numbers include international country codes (+1 or +91) for optimal Meta CAPI match quality!
